How it works ?
On a tablet or a computer you create repair orders with the
customer, take a tour of the vehicle. You list the customer's
requests (Drainage, Mechanical, checkpoints, etc.) and have a
repair order signed. The customer will automatically receive
it by email.
The vehicle is created in the database and auto-dated with its
day and time of arrival. You select the vehicle for each task
performed, the stopwatch then calculates the time for
mechanics, bodywork or any other time. You can also select the
tasks performed to always know what has been accomplished on
the vehicle.
In addition, in case of a problem, with a tablet, you can take
photos and send it directly to the customer or supplier. These
photos are associated with the repair order.
At the end of the job, you can generate a detailed report for
your invoicing.
You now know exactly the time spent on
each vehicle and the total time it remained in the garage.

You can create as many customers and cars or Motorcycles as
you want.
Create different labor (Mechanical, Bodywork, ect.).
Create
a list of items to add to the repair to no longer forget.
Know
the actual working time of your teams.
Take photos of the
parts to be changed to show them to the customer.
Informations
The software saves the data on the hard disk of the machine, a
backup is made every day and kept for a week.
You can
also save on a USB key or our servers! The software does not
need a permanent internet connection to work.
